No internal bra but a full back so you can choose the support bra of your choice (however, we highly recommend the Forza Support Bra! Equipped with 2 hidden pockets in the ruche straps that are large enough for gel, key, credit card, etc.Great multi-function top that works well for triathlon but also running, cycling, the gym or shuttling the Mom-Taxi to and from the grocery store or soccer practice.Fit Note: This item should ruche on your abdomen (and conceal whatever you want!) so there will be some extra fabric – it is not meant to pull all the way down.Carrera Skin is a nylon/spandex blend that is lightweight, breathable, quick-drying and keeps its support and fit, even when wet. Carrera Skin is smooth which makes it non-abrasive so it is comfortable for training and racing. It also blocks 75% of UVB rays.
