It is made using a combination of Aquaflo, Airflo and Revolution-X to offer speed, aerodynamics and a high degree of ventilation. It’s a great looking and high performance top suitable for both short and long distance races. Aquaflois a fast and comfortable fabric. It is designed to give low levels of drag thanks to its water repellent coating. You will notice that when the fabric has water splashed on to it, it will bead up and flow straight off the suit. This hydrodynamic effect is maximized during the swim helping to achieve faster times. It also means less water is absorbed making the suit lighter and quicker to dry once on the bike. The top is made from Xtra-Life Lycra which ensures great shape retention and comfort throughout the race. The main body of this range is made from a black or navy color to ensure modesty and superior coverage. Airflo is designed for optimum temperature control by allowing moisture to easily evaporate from the skin and help keep the body cool or warm depending on the conditions. The soft-touch feels extremely comfortable against the skin and the eyelet pattern also helps the fabric to dry very quickly after the swim. Revolution-X is a latest generation tech-fabric made in Italy and is used on the back panels as it is very lightweight, offers 360 degree stretch and is extremely breathable. Short Sleeve Design: Becoming increasingly popular, the short sleeve design offers more coverage and improved aerodynamics. An Italian-designed silicone band is used to secure the arm sleeve gently in place and fit a range of bicep sizes. Length – Designed to slightly overlap with the Tri shorts which gives the impression of wearing a suit, but with the versatility of wearing shorts and top. The top is also longer at the back compared to the front to ensure good coverage in all cycling positions. The Sonic/Ergo is designed to present minimal frontal area to create as little aerodynamic drag as possible. The main purpose of an aerobar is, of course, to get the rider into a fast position despite a fairly minimalist appearance the Sonic/Ergo offers a comprehensive fit range for exactly this purpose. Armrest Offset: -70mm to -2.5mm in 7.5mm steps Armrest Width: 124mm to 290mm in 18.5mm steps Armrest Stack: 60mm to 70mm in 5mm increments.The extension length and rotation can be easily adjusted using the top bolt.There are 100 distinct position options achievable just by moving the armrests. Combine that with the risers and this bar offers 1500 possible configurations. As a clip on bar it is also possible to adjust the extension width and tilt easily. This is the most adjustable clip on bar on the market (and in history).It is worth noting that our previous top level clip on aerobar, the J4/F35, offered 90 possible configurations. This highlights the significant step forward we’ve made with our new generation aerobars in allowing riders to precisely adjust their position.After we released the Supersonic (J5) as a premium bracket with market leading fit options and versatility we wanted to bring the same kind of options to the rest of our range of brackets and thus aerobars. By simplifying the extension clamp and shifting the wing forward to the bar centreline we were able to meet our targets. They also have a 7.5mm lateral shift per side (15mm total) to allow fine tuning of the grip width. They are 400mm long to allow a wide range of riders to fit. The cable routing is designed to exit from the rear of the extension.
